When engineering high-voltage systems and smart grids, we collect non-public corporate information including:

• Electrical blueprints and single-line diagrams.
• Facility load data and historic power consumption metrics.
• Contact information for facility managers and corporate officers.

2. Use of Telemetry & Information

Information gathered during load audits and site surveys is used strictly to engineer and bid on electrical infrastructure projects. We do not sell your corporate blueprints or facility data to third parties.

3. Data Security & Storage

All sensitive facility schematics and smart grid IoT data are stored in encrypted, air-gapped environments. We employ strict access controls to ensure only assigned Master Electricians and engineers can view your project data.

4. Grid Telemetry

For clients utilizing our Smart Grid integration or BESS monitoring services, power telemetry data is transmitted via secure, encrypted channels. This data is used solely for load balancing and preventive maintenance alerts.
