All personnel are extensively trained in NFPA 70E standards for electrical safety in the workplace. Arc flash hazard analysis and mitigation are mandatory for every switchgear and substation project we undertake.
Depending on the incident energy calculations of a specific site, our master electricians and engineers are equipped with appropriate Arc Rated (AR) clothing, insulated gloves, face shields, and flash suits up to Category 4.
Zero exceptions are made for Lockout/Tagout procedures. Before any maintenance, installation, or audit involving energized equipment, strict mechanical lockout protocols are verified by at least two senior field engineers.
Our workforce undergoes continuous education to maintain Master Electrician licensing, OSHA 30-Hour Construction certifications, and specialized manufacturer training for smart grid IoT controllers.
